SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods within the United States. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping costs $4.99. Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days.

If you need your order sooner, you can choose express shipping at checkout for a flat rate of $8.99. Express orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

All orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the delivery option you select.

Delivery Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to change addresses after the order is placed.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at wecare@puramuse.com and we will help you find a solution.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

RETURNS

We want you to feel completely confident shopping with PuraMuse. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.

To start a return, just email us at wecare@puramuse.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return label so you can send the item back at no cost to you.

Once we receive the returned item, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement of the same product. If the original item is no longer available, we’ll offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

Please note that products must be returned in good condition and must not be intentionally damaged or altered. Items affected by misuse, forceful removal, or exposure to harsh chemicals are not eligible for refund or exchange.
